Recovering Critical Materials for a Sustainable Future
What We Recover?
We at Adaksh Green Ventures (India) Ltd. specialize in an end-to-end battery lifecycle management solution that enables the recovery of essential raw materials from used lithium-ion batteries. These recovered metals are reintroduced to the downstream manufacturers, commodity traders, and battery manufacturers reducing environmental impact and supporting a circular economy.
Our Recovered Products
At Adaksh Green Ventures (India) Pvt Ltd, we recover a wide range of materials from the different types of batteries

Black Mass
The most mineral-rich fraction recovered from spent battery cells, black mass is produced through the shredding and processing of battery electrodes and contains valuable materials including lithium, cobalt, nickel, graphite, and manganese. It serves as the primary feedstock for critical mineral recovery and is reintroduced into battery manufacturing supply chains.

Copper
Copper is recovered from the current collector foils and internal wiring found within battery packs and cells. After processing, it is granulated into clean, market-ready form suitable for direct industrial reuse. Recovered copper granules meet industrial-grade standards and are supplied to wire, cable, electronics, and component manufacturers as a high-value secondary material.
Aluminium
Aluminium is extracted from battery module housings, pack enclosures, and structural components, then processed into clean secondary granules. As one of the most energy-efficient materials to recycle, recovered aluminium re-enters supply chains serving the automotive, construction, and industrial fabrication sectors. Producing secondary aluminium requires significantly less energy than primary production, making it a highly carbon-efficient recovered material.

Plastic
Plastics recovered from battery module separators, end-caps, and housing components are cleaned, sorted, and granulated for reuse in polymer supply chains. Keeping these materials in circulation reduces the demand for virgin plastic production and supports a lower-carbon manufacturing ecosystem. Recovered plastic granules are channelled to reclaimers and compounders across industrial sectors.

Steel
Steel is recovered from battery cell casings and structural pack components, sorted, and processed into clean secondary feedstock for steel mills and metal recyclers. As a material that is infinitely recyclable without any loss in quality, recovered steel commands consistent demand across industrial and construction sectors. Its recovery ensures that no battery component is lost to landfill, reinforcing Adaksh’s zero-waste commitment.
